Code of Conduct –
Fine Art Photography by René
Our Shared Principles
Introduction
Every Fine Art collaboration is built on trust, respect, and mutual understanding.
This Code of Conduct outlines the values and principles that guide my photographic work —
to ensure that every session feels safe, professional, and artistically meaningful for everyone involved.
This is not a set of rigid rules, but a shared understanding of how we create art with integrity, dignity, and care.
1. Respect & Equality
Every person I photograph is treated with the same respect - regardless of age, gender, body type, background, or experience.
Each collaboration is based on equality.
There is no hierarchy between photographer and model -we create together, as artistic partners.
Respect is not requested - it is given, from the very first moment.
2. Consent & Comfort
Nothing is ever assumed.
Every pose, idea, or level of expression happens only with your clear and willing consent.
You have full control at all times:
You can pause, change direction, or stop the session completely - no explanation needed.
Any category (Portrait, Boudoir, especially Fine Art Nude) is entirely optional.
You decide what feels right for you, and your boundaries will always be respected.
The art should never go further than your comfort.
3. Privacy & Discretion
Your privacy is essential.
No image will ever be published, shared, or exhibited without your explicit permission.
All photos are treated with confidentiality and stored securely.
You will always have the opportunity to review and approve any image before public use.
What is created in trust will always remain protected by it.
4. Integrity & Professionalism
Sessions are conducted in a professional, calm, and respectful environment.
No alcohol, drugs, or inappropriate behavior are tolerated.
The focus is always on artistic expression, not appearance or exposure.
Any concept that feels unbalanced or misaligned with artistic integrity will not be pursued.
Fine Art photography lives from honesty — not from performance.
5. Collaboration & Creative Freedom
Each session is a dialogue.
I encourage you to bring your own ideas, emotions, and movement into the creative process.
My role is to guide the light, the composition, and the mood - never to control the person.
Art happens in the space between trust and curiosity.
6. Post-Production & Use of Images
You will always receive a curated selection of edited photographs for review.
No manipulations will alter your body, face, or character - the editing focuses only on light, tone, and atmosphere.
Respecting your comfort always comes before publication.
7. Boundaries & Ethics
I never engage in projects that exploit vulnerability or objectify the human form.
Fine Art photography is about emotional presence, not exposure.
Sessions are conducted with utmost respect for physical and emotional boundaries including the right to personal space, privacy, and emotional safety.
Dignity is the foundation of every image.
8. Mutual Trust
Trust works both ways.
I expect honesty and reliability in communication, punctuality, and mutual respect for time and effort.
Our collaboration thrives when we both show up with openness and authenticity.
We create art — not just images.
Closing Note
If you ever feel uncertain about anything before, during, or after a session please speak openly with me.
Your feelings, intuition, and sense of safety always come first.
This space is meant for art, not pressure.
For connection, not perfection.
For authenticity, not performance.
True beauty begins where trust feels at home
