Fine Art Nude, Figure & Form

This is the most reduced and sculptural part of the work.

The body is approached as line, shadow, silhouette, rhythm and form. The face may be visible, turned away, hidden or not recognisable.

The image may be implied, non-explicit, classical, staged, natural, outdoor or abstract.

Fine Art Nude, Figure & Form may include:

Classical Fine Art Nude
Figure Photography
Implied Nude / Non-Explicit
Form & Light
Staged Fine Art Nude
Natural Fine Art Nude
Outdoor Fine Art Nude
Conceptual Abstract Studies

This direction belongs to #FAN and is never expected.

It is only explored if it feels right, if it has been clearly discussed beforehand, and if the agreed boundaries are respected.

A Fine Art Nude image does not need to show everything. Often, its strength lies in restraint: a turned shoulder, a line of the back, a silhouette, a hand, a shadow, a body becoming almost sculptural in light.

About #FAP, #FAB and #FAN

To make conversations easier and more discreet, I sometimes use three simple codes.

They are not meant to hide anything. They are a respectful way to speak about different artistic directions without pressure or embarrassment.

#FAP means Fine Art Portrait.
Portrait, presence, face, hands, clothing, light and expression.

#FAB means Fine Art Boudoir / Fabric & Atmosphere.
Softer, more intimate work with fabric, clothing, swimwear, lingerie, atmosphere and trust.

#FAN means Fine Art Nude / Form & Light.
A non-explicit artistic study of body line, shadow, silhouette and sculptural form.

The meaning of these codes is always explained clearly. You never need to agree to anything simply because a code is used.

What matters most

The category is never more important than the person.

A session can remain entirely within portrait. It can move into fabric and atmosphere. It can explore form and light. It can stop at any point.

The important question is not how far a session goes.

The important question is whether the process feels respectful, clear and creatively meaningful.

Everything can.
Nothing must.
